Tucker has been a perfect gentleman while in foster care. Gets along well with resident dog. He has a great hound bark which he doesn't over use. But you will know when another dog or cat is in your neighborhood. Enters crate well and sleeps in it all night with no problem. Knows basic commands but still needs reinforcement on them. He is quick to learn and eager to please. Has mastered sit/stay/break at door ways and in and out of pickup but still fights leash on walks. He is a pleasure in the field: great nose, blue-collar work ethic. Put him in a quarter of crp with no pheasants and he will work the mice to no end. I am positive he will like birds better and forget mice he just needs a better hunting guide.
Never needed more than "tone" on collar to bring him back. And of course he loves to snuggle when in the house.
