Great Plains Pointer Rescue
Nebraska and Iowa
We are an all volunteer organization and we do the best we can with limited resources. You can be assured that once GPPR accepts a dog into our program, we will always be here as its safety net. Any dog placed by us is bound by contract to return to GPPR if the new owner can no longer keep him or her at any time in the future OR is not living up to their contractual obligations agreed to at the time of adoption.
We encourage you to complete the surrender form to find a foster home. Completing the form helps us to gather the information needed to help find proper placement. It does not guarantee we can accept the dog. Please note that GPPR does not accept aggressive dogs, or dogs with a bite history. All of our foster homes have other dogs and we will not risk the safety of our volunteers or their pets and will not re-adopt aggressive dogs to families.
1. Complete the
Surrender Form
