Norman is a sweetheart that cannot get enough love and attention. He has quickly learned house rules, including house and kennel training. Although he prefers to be out with people, he will go to his kennel on command, especially if he sees his favorite Kong toy in the kennel. He is a little leary of some other dogs, especially if they are excited to meet him and rush up on him. After initial introduction and time around them he seems to do fine. Norman loves to be petted and in fact will raise his paw and nudge you if you stop petting him. He is learning to play and is quite comical to watch as he bats his front legs and plays and interacts with people and other dogs. Norman is a good cuddler and likes to spend time next to you on the couch or sprawled across your lap snoring. He is a very calm, sweet boy with a wonderful personality. He is good and very patient with kids. Norman is 4-5 years old, though he looks and acts more mature than his age. We are unsure if Norman hunts, but he was shot over with a starter pistol and he had no reaction. He appeared ready to go! Located near Des Moines IA.
