About Ranger-Male | |

|
Ranger is a super boy! He is so happy to see you when he gets home and wiggles with excitement but settles quickly into a great indoor dog. He enjoys walks, but needs some obedience training on a leash. He has learned to sit on command and knows 'off' and 'come'. He is house trained and kennel trained. Ranger has a very high prey drive. His needs are simple and include- NO cats, smaller dogs or younger playful dogs. He does not tolerate them. He would not be a dog park candidate. He loves his people and is a fantastic family dog. He is wonderful with children and would be best as an only dog or with an older female. He needs a family that can adhere to his limitations. He is by no way mean, he is a hunter. He is very loyal and well mannered in the home. Ranger was hit by a car some years ago and does have some injury to his left back paw. It does not slow him down and has healed since. He is located in Omaha.
