Hi, my name is Roxy, and I'm a sweet, fun little girl with lots of energy, and I'm looking for a home with another dog to play with!  I started off life with a family that was not a good fit for me, so I need a little time to warm up to the household members; once I do, I am playful and affectionate.  I am comfortable with adults, older kids can earn my trust, it seems that young kids may be too much for me.  

I am good at sitting and waiting until I'm told I can eat, take a treat, go out the door, etc.  I'm making good progress learning my leash manners, and continuing to work on recall and obedience.

I like to run around the fenced yard, watch the squirrels from the window, play with toys, and cuddle up with you at the end of the day.  I am quiet in my crate, I stay in there when the humans are gone (otherwise I'd get into mischief), and will sleep quietly in my crate all night.

I'm a lot of fun, my foster mom says I make her laugh every day! I will need a patient family, and I may be gun shy, so can't be counted on to be a hunter.
