Hello, I am Kirby. I was found as a stray, only 37 pounds, and estimated at 2 1 /2 years old. Since I have been with my foster parents I am up to a respectable 50 pounds! I love to eat and eat fast even with a slow feeder. Mom always asks if I even taste my food. I am a happy go lucky pup who loves to snuggle, but watch out when I am awake. Mom calls me a tiny tornado because I am always running and spinning.

I came to my foster home with little to no training, and anxiety in the kennel or when left alone. I now know how to sit, working on stay (but that is hard as I can't sit still) and they are saying something about leave it, but I don't know what that is. I did not have any house training, but I have only had a couple accidents in the beginning. I don't like to be outside by myself. I am doing better in a kennel, if it's a smaller cozy kennel instead of those big wire ones. I am enjoying all the pets, snuggles and hugs I am getting. Mom and dad have what they call resident pups. They tried to introduce me, but I wasn't sure about them. Mom says it may be because I was still overwhelmed from the change of scenery. They say I will get to meet them again, but going slow.
