Hi, I’m Berkley! I’m a 10-month old German Shorthair. I am fun, goofy, and energetic. My favorite things include playing fetch, chasing and wrestling with my foster siblings (I always win races, I’m the fastest!), and cuddling up next to my foster parents. I am a very petite girl, so I snuggle in real tight!
I am a little nervous with new situations, but I warm up really quickly and mesh great with humans and dogs. I already know some commands, such as ‘Sit,’ ‘No,’ and ‘High Five’ and I am quickly learning ‘Lay Down.’ Did I mention I am also crate and house trained! I love playing with my foster canine sisters.

Recently I was diagnosed with a leaky bladder. This is an easy fix though. I take half a pill of Proin with breakfast and half with dinner. I haven’t had any problems since starting the medication. My foster mom says it is only $70 a year, so it really isn’t a big deal.
I really want to join an active family that has another dog (or more than one!). Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and I’m looking for my true loves, my forever family! I promise you will fall in love with me right away!
