Hi! My name is Juno - I'm a GSP, but I might have a little bit of lab in me too. My foster mom tells me I'm beautiful and she has never seen an all black GSP before. I have been living with my foster mom for a little over a month now and I love it! When my foster mom comes home I can't help but sing and dance and prance around her. Sometimes she even dances with me! There are two resident dogs here and we get along really well. Sometimes my foster mom has to put me in my crate because I just want to play with them all the time! But it's okay because I really love my crate - I feel safe in there and my foster mom tells me she hears me snoring loudly quite often. I know not to go to the bathroom in my crate, but sometimes I forget to tell my foster mom that I need to go outside when I'm roaming around the house. She takes me outside often though so it hasn't been too much of a problem.

While I've been living with my foster mom I've learned some new tricks: I know "sit" and it only took me 5 minutes to learn "down." I really want to please my foster mom and I love learning new things. She also gives me lots of love, scratches, and treats which is nice too. Sometimes when I'm walking on the leash it's hard for me to remember not to pull - I just really want to catch the squirrels!!! But I'm starting to understand what "heel" means and I try really hard not to get too distracted by all the delicious wildlife around me. I overheard my foster mom say that she has some new tricks for me to learn too. I think she said something like "stay" and "come" - I'm not sure but I can't wait to find out!

I'm excited to find my forever home. I hope it has a nice fenced in yard. I wouldn't mind going to the dog park too for exercise - I LOVE playing! I just really want some humans to pet me, cuddle with me, and teach me new things! If my forever home has other dogs and/or kids that would be great!!! I do really well with both. However, if you have a cat I might be too tempted to harass it, just so I warned you. Please contact GPPR to find out more about me. My foster mom promised me that she has really wonderful things to say about me.

Juno is located near Omaha NE.
