Johnny is a sweet, adorable Beagle/Pointer mix that is about 7 years old that weighs about 32 pounds. He is potty and crate trained and has wonderful house manners. He greets people with his ears up and tail wagging, says his hello then goes back to his business. He has a favorite chair that you can find him in most of the time. If he isn't there he is on a big, comfy dog pillow taking everything in or having a little nap. Johnny likes to chew on bones and play with toys. He can really mix it up with other dogs for a while, but then it's back to his chair or pillow to relax. Johnny has become a very good cuddler and is enjoying being loved more and more every day. His personality has just blossomed and he has these eyes that just look straight into your heart. He likes to go outside and play and run around, but hasn't quite learned how to play ball and fetch yet. He responds to his name, come, sit and stay and will go to a pillow or his chair on command. He listens very well and eats up praise and attention. Johnny is potty trained and uses bells on the door to let us know when he needs to go out. He loves to go on walks and is still learning how to walk nicely on a leash, but catching on quickly. He would love nothing more than to find his forever home.
