Meet Bub! This handsome guy is estimated to be about 10-11 months old. 

Bub was found stray and was taken in by a shelter before arriving to GPPR. He gets nervous with new people, but is learning that most people are actually very kind and loving. Once he is warmed up he will seek attention and loving. Bub's foster home consists of two adults, a young dog, and two young children. Bub LOVES other dogs and warms up to them almost immediately. He is very playful and can be persistent about it, even barking to initiate play. It takes him a bit longer to warm up around kids, but who can blame them - they are loud, active, and intimidating.  

Bub has been doing well with house training, but it is a work in progress. He is crate trained, knows 'kennel,' and enjoys his crate. He will go in with the door open and chew on toys. He LOVES toys!! He also enjoys dog beds by the fireplace, but has been known to try to chew on them, so the humans have to keep an eye on him.
