Roscoe is a sweet old boy who GPPR just couldn't leave behind at a high risk shelter. When he arrived he lacked mobility in his rear legs and dragged them around as he scooted. That is slowly improving as he gets rest, pain medication, and the love he deserves. Soon he will be sporting a surgery suit to keep the abrasions from worsening and some non-slip boots to help him get around on hard surfaces. 

As of now, Roscoe is sponsorship only (not available for adoption). GPPR and a wonderful team of veterinarians are determining the best route for long-term comfort and care. Extra special thank you to his foster home for loving on him!
