Angel is a beautiful senior pointer who loves to be active and involved in the family. Angel is as happy as can be, even as she is dealing with diabetes. Her diabetes is under control, but she will need to continue with regular vet care and she does need eye drops. She does not need a special diet. She has limited vision due to her diabetes, but that does not stop her from exploring the yard, house, or on walks. She will climb up or down a hill, play in the water, and is willing to explore any trail or path she can find off the leash.

She loves to go for a morning walk with her foster sisters. She loves squeaky toys and will even steal the toilet paper if she can find it, she truly has the heart of a young dog. Her tail is always wagging and she finds joy in the little things in life. She loves belly rubs and back rubs, a comfortable dog bed, and any adventure you can throw her way!

She sleeps on a dog bed at night, but loves her morning cuddles and will quietly try to sneak into bed for morning snuggles. She is friendly and loves everyone that she meets, including children, and other dogs. She does think cats are a moving squeaky toy and due to her excellent hearing, can tell if they are around.

Angel is looking for a forever family that will love her. She is able to navigate stairs if she is shown once or twice. She navigates the double doggie door at her foster home with ease. She would make an excellent, loyal companion who will do anything with you.
